You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST for the CENTER FOR SECURITY FORCES.
Duties
You will direct, manage, and coordinate all Detachment (DET) personnel (military, gvt civilian and contract personnel) in all activities concerned with implementation and execution of training program objectives for assigned course(s).
You will provide direction on program execution and status, measure implementation of plans and policies, execute required changes in operations and adjustments in training delivery and execution.
You will provide continuous oversight and analysis of all facets (e.g., instructional delivery, course sequencing, manpower, contract support, logistics, facilities,
resources, etc.) of DET operations, execution, and financial expenditures.
You will provide financial management oversight and manage DET resources (supplies, equipment, weapons, etc.) to include ordering, validation, tracking, inventory and life-cycle maintenance and management.
You will monitor, document, and evaluate the implementation of management control systems.
You will conduct continual analysis of organizational, administrative and staff functions relative to operations and execution.
You will conduct manpower reviews and submit necessary manpower change requests.
You will ensure adequate supplies and services are available within the allotment of maintenance and operating funds.
You will assign work to subordinates, develop performance plans, recommend hiring, promotion, or reassignments, effect minor disciplinary measures, and identify developmental and training needs of employees.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing complex fact-finding, analytical and problem-solving methods and techniques to identify problems and recommend solutions; 2) Applying knowledge in all phases of Antiterrorism and Force Protection curriculum and training to oversee the application of and/or training of DoD Force Protection Programs; 3) Developing technical and economic data to support federal acquisition processes and contract procurement, negotiation and administration; and 4) Managing the workload and providing technical/administrative guidance to a staff comprised of military and civilian personnel.
