You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the TECHNICAL DIVISION (SP20) of STRATEGIC SYSTEMS PROGRAMS.
This position is part of the Department of Defense Civilian Acquisition Workforce Personnel Demonstration Project. The NH-3 broadband level encompasses positions equivalent to GS-12 and GS-13.
Duties
You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Infrastructure Branch (SP25) located in the Headquarters, Strategic Systems Programs in Washington, DC.
You will develop, manage, and implement SSP enterprise infrastructure requirements and strategic planning.
You will act as the SP25 lead for Technical Director Reviews, Program Reviews, Knowledge Points, and coordinate internal/external comms to ensure consistency.
You will manage the identification and validation of total program requirements for Facilities Acquisition.
You will direct analyses that identify/specify requirements for new or modified facilities or facility capabilities necessary to support evolving Strategic Weapon Systems and programs.
You will conduct or direct the development of studies to determine current and long-range requirements supporting SSP business lines.

- MSP/PPP applicants must currently hold the required security clearance.
- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 (GS-11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Managing and supporting projects by applying acquisition principles (e.g. cost, schedule, or performance disciplines) to ensure infrastructure capabilities are delivered to meet operational requirements.
