Duties
You will utilize processes and tools to plan, execute, analyze, and report on experiments, demonstrations, and assessment of Emerging Science and Technology (EDA) projects.
You will track project planning and execution information to include manpower, project funds, and project milestones to meet Department of Defense (DoD) sponsor requirements.
You will compose Assessment Execution Documents, metrics, data collection plans, operational use cases and scenarios, surveys, master even schedule lists (MESLs), and operational briefs.
You will coordinate operational force participation in test events and secure military bases and venue support to host field-based events.
You will provide input on contract solicitation packages and provide monthly status reports for assigned projects.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- This is a bargaining unit position.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band, NT-03 (GS-09/10 equivalent grade level) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: developing analytical studies or evaluative methods to analyze operations and processes for improved efficiency and accuracy of science and technology projects or initiatives.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
- Successful completion of a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree.
- Successful completion of three full academic years of progressively higher level graduate education.
- Successful completion of LL.M, if related.
- Havea combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
