Duties

Serves as Chief Business and Recreation Division, and as such plans, manages, directs, coordinates and supervises the functions, programs and activities of the division and performs delegated personnel management responsibilities. Plans, directs, coordinates, and evaluates community wide revenue generating programs. Manages the formulation and execution of annual budget, funded through appropriated and non-appropriated funds. Establishes internal procedures to increase effectiveness of operations and improve quality of service provided. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Qualifications: Progressively responsible experience performing related duties, which demonstrates the ability to successfully perform the duties of this position. Experience in a supervisory capacity is mandatory.Knowledge of the goals, concepts and techniques of a community activities program, including recreation, sports, entertainment and art, and of general management and business operations of various facilities is required.
