About the Position: This position is with USACE, Real Estate Division, Planning and Appraisal Branch in Fort Worth, TX.

Duties

Interpret HQ USACE, Division, and District policies, and solve all programmatic problems which may require deviation from established policy. Responsible for formulation, analysis, and defense of Real Estate Division's overall budget and data. Evaluate, interpret, and communicate on appropriate aspects of all projects within area of responsibility. Serve as CEFMS, P2 REMIS (Real Estate Management Information System) and RFMIS manager for Real Estate Division. Develop recommendations for Real Estate Division civilian personnel program goals and advises chief and officials on matters pertaining to personnel utilization and actions. Ensure that the Real Estate Division strategic plan, mission, vision, and values are communicated to the team and integrated into the team’s strategies, goals, objectives, work plans and work products and services.

Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Oral CommunicationPlanning and EvaluatingProgram Management Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12).
