About the Position: This position is located at the U.S. Army National Guard Readiness Center, G-5, in Arlington, Virginia. About the Surrounding Area: Situated in Northern Virginia on the south bank of the Potomac River directly across from Washington D.C. Arlington is headquarters to many departments and agencies of the federal government, including the Department of Defense and is the location of many national memorials and museums.

Duties

Analyze and evaluate performance against desired outcomes as identified through the Campaign Plan and Director initiatives. Conduct analysis and assessment consistent with the Campaign plans. Summarize and synthesize complex analysis into simplified terms and graphics. Develop, present, and defend assessment reposts to senior leaders. Develop measures of performance and measures of effectiveness.
