Duties
This position is located under the Office of Field Operations, Louisville Field Division in Louisville, Kentucky.
Qualifications
To qualify for GS-15, candidates must also have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-14.
This is a non-bargaining unit position.
Specialized experience is demonstrated experience, which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform successfully the duties of this position. Experience must be in the normal line of progression or must be related to the work of the position advertised and must be reflected in resume. Examples of specialized experience include:
Applying ATF law enforcement investigative techniques in order to direct a major field component of the Bureau; AND
Executing and coordinating criminal enforcement programs to make operational decisions regarding investigations of a criminal nature.
Reviews completed investigations to ensure compliance with established policies.
