About the Position: This position is with the 412th Theater Engineer Command, 412 Mission Support Element located in Vicksburg, Mississippi.

Duties

Supervise civilian and military employees in logistics management operations. Evaluate employee work performance and provide guidance and recommendations. Develop and implement logistics plans, strategies, and policies. Advise command staff and senior leaders within and outside command on logistical matters. Evaluate effectiveness of logistics program operations.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Administration and ManagementFinancial ManagementLeadershipPlanning and Evaluating Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12).
