About the Position: This position serves as a Program Analyst located at Pine Bluff Arsenal, Arkansas, which is a subordinate installation of JMC.

Duties

Develop and execute new business opportunities associated with partnerships, cooperative research and development agreements (CRADA), and Interagency Service Agreements (ISA). Draft proposals, information, and action memorandum, and deliver tailored briefings to relevant audiences. Coordinate with contracting officers, legal and JMC on issues that may require their attention. Measure performance and take corrective actions to maintain agreed upon schedule and cost. Preserve marketing plans detailing potential targets of opportunity and required action plans. Organize initial development proposals to point of funding. Assign tasks to matrixed team members based on priorities, requirements, and functions.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • TDY travel may occasionally be required.
  • Incumbent must be able to obtain and maintain a government driver's license.
  • A Secret Clearance is required.
