About the Position: As the Network Training Lead, the incumbent develops, designs, implements, and updates training to increase end user knowledge and improve system user experience. The individual is responsible for oversight of training policies and standardization across the Network treatment facilities. This position is located in San Antonio, Texas.

Duties

Oversee the training inspection program to ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements of health facility education/training requirements. Identify functional problem areas for corrective training actions. Teach courses, adapting materials to accommodate specific groups, time limits, and student background. Develop curriculum or redesign training business practices to enhance learner experience. Evaluate curricula to ensure delivery of information to end-users for implementation.

Requirements

  • This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required.
