Duties
SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Based on established policies, incumbent carries out assigned tasks in the Health and Fitness Branch applying an understanding of the interest and needs of the program participants. Assists supervisor with programs and activities sponsored by the Semper Fit Health and Fitness Branch such as Intramurals, All-Marine and special events to include: accomplishing team schedules, disseminating information and publicity, preparing facilities, supervising games/matches, etc.

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: One year experience in athletic/recreational activities or a related field. One year customer service experience. The ability to read and interpret guidelines pertaining to facility operation, which are directly applicable to MCCS policies. Ability to communicate orally and in writing using tact and courtesy. Must have a basic computer skills. CPR and First Aid certification required or the ability to obtain within one month from the date of hire. May required to obtain government driver's license. This is a mixed position where the incumbent must be able to lift and carry objects up to 45lbs independently and objects over 45lbs with assistance.
