Experience required: To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job.
Specialized experience is defined as: experience conducting research (e.g., hypothesis development, research methodology and experimental design, item development, data collection, statistical analysis of data including the use of advanced statistical packages such as SPSS or R, and reporting and publishing research findings) in relevant areas of Psychology (e.g., Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Cognitive Science, Personality Psychology, Social Psychology, Experimental Psychology); and leading/managing part of a project or working on projects involving the application of applied behavioral and social science theories, designing and administering organizational surveys, performing statistical analyses, or facilitating focus groups; and conceptualizing gaps and potential research-based solutions within established areas of psychological theory as they apply to employment, workforce, or management issues; and experience in implementing job performance measurement, training, leader development, and other personnel and organizational behavior systems; and explaining data and research results clearly to technical and nontechnical audiences via presentations and written products, appropriately utilizing graphs and other visual aids. Add the two percentages. The total percentage must equal at least 100% to qualify.
