You will serve as a Plumbing & Pipefitter in the Naval Facilities Engineering Command of NAVAL FAC ENGINEERING CMD WASH.
Duties
You will prepare detailed, accurate job orders for maintenance, repair, alterations, and minor new construction of mechanical and utility systems.
You will ensure that work complies with accepted trade practices, blueprints, specification, national and local codes.
You will inspect plumbing systems, heating systems, ventilating and exhaust systems, sanitary sewer systems, and air conditioning systems.
You will inspect the preventive maintenance programs to insure maintenance is properly performed and is adequate.
You will prepare estimates (labor and material) for all mechanical work.
You will maintain MAXIMO files and prepare recurring Maximo reports and work schedules as required.

- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
- Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver’s license.
