Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) is looking for the best and brightest to join our Team! MCCS is a comprehensive program that supports and enhances the quality of life for Marines, their families, and others in the Marine Corps Community. We offer a team oriented environment comprised of military personnel, civilian employees, contractors and volunteers who keep the organization functioning smoothly and effectively.

Duties

Serves as the Sales Associate and is responsible for providing the highest quality of customer service and sales support to all customers in our Marine Corps Exchange stores. Sales Associates within the Marine Corps Exchange are expected to provide a Dress Blue Experience that will make our customers want to return again. Responsible to ensure customers are taken care of at all service and sales touchpoints throughout the store. May be scheduled at the checkout, specific sales area, specialty category or customer service desk.

Qualifications

At least 1 year experience working in a customer and sales-focused environment is preferred. Cash handling, basic math and register experience strongly preferred. Ability to read and understand operating standards and procedures for service, service recovery, sales and store brand and work within the position to execute these standards properly. Ability to work in a high performance atmosphere with commitment to service and sales goals. Attention to detail is required.
