*Your resume must reflect in detail how the duties and responsibilities under each position you have held with each employer meets the below listed general and specialized experience required for the position. **Must include beginning and ending dates of employment stated as MM/YYYY; and total hours worked per week in order to determine part time vs. full time credit. GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Experience or training that has provided the ability to perform assembly and disassembly operations and make prescribed modifications to aircraft engines, engine assemblies, and accessories in accordance with technical specifications, procedures and requirements. Experience using hand and power tools common to the trade. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: WG-05 Must have 6 months of experience using common hand tools in making repetitive mechanical repairs under close supervision. Experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the simpler and routine duties of the trade. WG-08 Must have 12 months of experience or training removing and installing components and accessories with detailed guidance. Experience in following detailed instructions in making minor repairs and modifications to aircraft engines, sub-assemblies and components. WG-10 Must have 18 months of experience or training performing standard, routine assembly and disassembly operations and making prescribed modifications to aircraft engines, engine assemblies, and accessories. Experience or training performing maintenance overhaul, troubleshooting, testing, and repair of aircraft engines, engine components, and power trains for fixed and/or rotary wing aircraft. Experience determining maintenance needed from work orders, inspection reports, historical record, and by own diagnosis.
