You will serve as a Management Assistant (OA) of NAVSUP FLC NORVA GF.

Duties

You will perform a wide variety of record keeping, reporting and informational duties In support of an organizations programs , functions, and projects. You will develop methods and procedures for office automation tasks, and identify and solve problems in existing methods or procedures. You will identify, study and recommend solutions to administrative problems. You will be responsible for sending, retrieving, processing, and troubleshooting requisitions to/from multiple systems.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-06) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-06) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector utilizing a practical knowledge of and established methods, practices, criteria and techniques of management and program analysis to perform technical and administrative support work in support of management analysis and program analysis to evaluate and improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity of a variety of administrative programs. I have experience utilizing computer applications such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), timekeeping, Individual Develop (IDP) training, and Microsoft Suite such as Word, Excel, Power Point and Access. Examples of specialized experience may include:1) Utilizing established methods, practices, criteria and techniques of management and program analysis to identify problems associated with work process and administrative operations of an organization; 2) Using Enterprise Resource Planning, Standard Procurement System, Microsoft Office, timekeeping, and related computer and web based applications to input, track, and route data to appropriate contact; 3) Gathering data of factual information through records review and preparing presentation of recommendation to management officials for further analysis and decision; 4) Primary point of contact for receipt and accountability tracking of requisitions/documents for Division Personnel; and 5) Perform a variety of record keeping, reporting, and informational duties in support of an organizations programs, functions, and projects.
