This position is located in the Department of Homeland Security, United States Coast Guard (USCG), Deputy Commandant for Mission Support (DCMS), Assistant Commandant for Human Resources (CG-1), HR Analytics, Strategy, & Capability (CG-1B), Future Force Projects Division (CG-1B1), Washington, DC.
Duties
This position serves as the Human Capital Management Analyst within the Office of Human Capital Strategy, Future Forces Division, Human Capitol Strategy & Architecture, and is the center-point for integrating human capital management and financial management information technology systems with human resource management (HRM) systems, policies, and processes.

Qualifications
To qualify for the GS-14: Applicants must possess to one (1) year of specialized experience at the next lowest grade level (GS-13) in the federal sector. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work.
Examples of specialized experience includes:
Experience using budget policies, procedures, and regulations to coordinate budget development, justification, and execution activities;
Experience providing oral briefings regarding the development of program performance measures;
Experience developing life cycle cost analyses of projects or performing cost benefit or economic evaluations of current or projected programs;
Experience planning, organizing, and directing studies and recommending proposals involving substantial agency resources.
