Duties
You will responsible for planning and directing in all technical, operational and administrative functions, and management of all activities of the organization.
You will implements plans and strategies to resolve inter-organizational and tenant command differences involving procedures, priorities, personnel, space, equipment and budgetary requirements.
You will communicates base requirements in briefs to general officer level forums, coordinates project management with senior level customers, and interacts daily with staff members, and senior civil service staff members of base and tenant commands.
You will perform administrative and technical supervisory duties including work planning, assignment and review of program milestones for master planning, preparing performance evaluations for subordinates, and providing guidance and instruction.
You will assess performance in areas of productivity, logistics support, environmental stewardship, facilities oversight, space utilization, energy, and related engineering matters.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
- This position requires a State Criminal History Repository (SCHR) check to be completed on any person selected for this position. I am willing and able to submit to a SCHR check.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Developing, executing, and managing a diverse programs and systems supporting facilities resources program; 2) Providing administrative and technical supervisory duties; 3) and planning, coordinating, and administrating budget for facilities resources and associated activities including labor budgets.
