This position is in the Office of Planning and Environment (TPE) and leads in the management of projects of a cross-cutting or strategic nature for TPE, such as strategic and human capital plans; managing staff and stakeholder communications plans; and leading business process improvement initiatives. In the area of operations, you will provide advice, assistance, and support to the Associate Administrator and TPE’s offices in the execution of program areas.

Qualifications
To meet the minimum qualifications for this position, you must meet the specialized experience qualifications for the grade at which you are requesting consideration.To qualify for the Grade 15, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equal or equivalent to the GS-14, it must include:
Experience managing national level programs and policies to improve the efficiency and content of programs and plans; and
Experience coordinating and integrating program segments that effect Federal planning and environmental programs and capital investment programs supporting public transportation.
Experience planning and assigning work to be accomplished by subordinates, setting and adjusting short-term priorities, preparing schedules for completion of work.
