Duties

In a patron usage facility, circulates among patrons to assure service is satisfactory; receives and resolves customer complaints; provides information and general instructions on the use of equipment, facilitates and machinery. Leads the work of other employees. Passes on to other workers instructions received from the supervisor and starts work. Provides leadership, guidance and oversight in program operations. Provides on-the job training to new employees. Create programming for ODR enhanced patron experiences. Coordinates league, competition, and group functions. Schedules use of fields and conducts briefings. Maintains a current working knowledge of paint ball field and policy's, regulations and rules in regards to game rules. Monitor patrons for compliance with rules and safety and correct violations immediately. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
• A one year probationary period may be required.
• Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
• Must be able to work during the hours of operations to include weekends and holidays.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment physical is required for this position based on a lifting requirement of 45lbs.
• Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, must successfully complete a Tier 1 background investigation.

Qualifications

Qualification Requirements are: Work experience which involved dealing with the general public. Highly Qualified candidates will have the following: Experience with paintball games, regulations, and equipment mechanics. Customer service experience. The ability to brief large groups. **Applicants that meet the highly preferred criteria will be referred to management for consideration first.
