Duties

Provides customer service support in a Golf Course retail store (Pro-Shop) by demonstrating and selling specialized golf merchandise, maintaining merchandise by stocking shelves, display goods, and pricing all merchandise. Keeps the area neat and orderly, performing minor cleaning as assigned and assisting management with inventory. Make reservations for tee times and answers questions regarding golf programs and events. Receives payment, records sales on cash register and makes change and issues receipts.

Requirements

• Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
• Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
• Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, to include a Tier 1 background investigation.

Qualifications

Must be able to communicate in English (both written and verbal) Knowledge of basic math. Experience in retail sales and cash register operations. HIGHLY PREFERRED; Working knowledge of basic golf operations and RecTrac (or similar golf related POS)
