Duties

Provides planning, evaluation, and financial management for assigned programs within the Army Working Capital Fund(AWCF) for a multi-mission installation. Manages actions required to formulate, develop, coordinate, and implement policies and guidelines governing the designated funding appropriation portion of major programs. Oversees funding, ensuring strategic allocation and effective utilization to drive project success and achieve objectives. Formulates annual and multi-year budget estimates. Compiles narrative and statistical material and prepares exhibits and related background information for program briefings. Performs analysis of budget requests, considers unforeseen factors in development and production, shifts in project direction, and explores alternative sources of funding.
