You will serve as a Aviation Support Department (ASD) Director in the Program Support Division, Customer Service Division, and Component Control Division of STRIKE FIGHTER WING PACIFIC STAFF.
Duties
You will oversee the overall planning, direction and timely execution of quality Aviation Supply Logistics Support services.
You will manage resources including human, aviation material inventories, and fiscal.
You will develop, refine, analyze and issue aviation supply program policies.
You will establish personnel management policies and qualification standards.
You will initiate, develop and recommend supply policies and procedures in addition to resolving high-level conflicts in policy and program objectives.
You will plan for and determines, develops, justifies and directs supply management for repairable items of high monetary value and pre-expended consumable support.
You will manage directly or through subordinate supervisors/team leaders a predominately-white collar and military workforce.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- This position is considered Key/Emergency-Essential. You will be required to provide immediate and continuing support to ensure the success of combat operations or the availability of combat-essential systems.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
- Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing supply operations and managing resource requirements for an aviation supply program in order to develop long-range project plans and ensure effective and efficient program operations.
