Duties

Manages all aspects of supply and logistics , including property book maintenance, inventory management, and procurement processes. Coordinates supply operations to implement changes in regulations and manage logistical support services. Manages incoming shipments to conduct inventories in order to track equipment turn-ins and related paperwork. Assists in overseeing the brigade’s JROTC budget, coordinates procurement actions for summer camps and daily operations, tracks expenditures, and recommends changes to funding allocations. Maintains records for equipment maintenance, schedules repairs, and ensures timely completion of maintenance tasks.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • This position will require the employee to travel temporarily away from their normal duty station up to 10% of the time to attend training and/or conferences
  • This position will require the employee to pass a pre-placement medical and annual medical surveillance exam in accordance with (IAW) Occupational Health requirements
  • Appointment to this position may be subject to a one year probationary period
  • This position has a requirement to lift up to 50 lbs. in the regular performance of duties.
