The Automation and Continuous Delivery Branch in the AIT Infrastructure & Operations Directorate is responsible for researching, developing, collaborating, and implementing automated ways to improve continuous service delivery of IT Service processes.
Duties
As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying automated workflows using low code or no code platforms. You will also be responsible for researching and integrating artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities into software applications, platforms, or systems to deliver impactful solutions across the organization. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand business processes, identifying automation opportunities, and implementing solutions to streamline business processes and improving efficiency.
Requirements
- US Citizenship is required.
- Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.

Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position.Specialized experience is: Experience developing, testing, and deploying automated workflows using low-code or no-code platforms such as Microsoft Power Automate, UiPath, or similar tools and utilizing Business Process Automation (BPA) software such as Microsoft PowerApps, ServiceNow, and Jira for integration with custom developed workflows/software.Applicants should include examples of specialized experience in their work history.Qualifications must be met by the closing date of this vacancy announcement.Interviews: If the Agency decides to interview any qualified employee on the selection list, then all on the list who are qualified must be interviewed.
