You will serve as a EQUAL OPPORTUNITY ASSISTANT in the Equal Employment Opportunity & Diversity Department of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.
Duties
You will develop, maintain and report metrics based on Navy electronic systems (iComplaints and NEAT) for compliance and use in Command status reports.
You will aggregate raw data from various EEO Programs including HR Link, EEO App, Data Mart and Qlik and condensing into easily understandable graphs and charts.
You will draft briefing slides and portions of the MD-715 report using various automated programs and systems to prepare charts or other documentation for use in briefing all levels of the Command, to include Senior Leadership.
You will be advising one of the Diversity Action Teams.
You will assist the Deputy EEO Officer and the Discrimination Complaints Manager in processing formal complaints in accordance with Federal and DON EEO law and guidance.
You will independently coordinate the reasonable accommodations process for less complex requests upon assignment from the Disability Program Manager or the Deputy Director EEO
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-7 grade level or pay band DG-4 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Performing technical and/or substantive administrative support work for a Human Resources Program and related activities 2) Drafting emails and preparing correspondence for certified mail 3) Demonstrating proficient use of Excel, PDF and Teams 4) Demonstrating the ability to conduct in-person training and compiling and maintaining project and program files. 5) Developing, maintaining and reporting metrics based on Navy electronic systems for compliance and use in Command status reports.
