About the Position: Serves as a Training Strategy and Plans Analyst, providing administrative guidance consisting primarily of broad objectives to be accomplished. Works under the general direction of the Deputy Director.

Duties

Identify potential problem areas and resource constraints. Assist in the resolution of issues and provides recommendations to the Center Deputy Director. Reconcile opinions and interests; develops mutually acceptable compromises; gives and obtains cooperation and assistance; and solves systemic management problems of major significance. Review and evaluate student learning in terms of adequacy of coverage and accomplishment of approved course.

  • This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 20% of the time.
