Duties
Serve as the Program Integrator for the Information Technology Directorate.
Assist the organization in the integration of the various functional areas within the scope and mission of the Program
Plan, conduct, and/or direct highly complex studies/analyses to improve the total acquisition process.
Monitor efforts of functional area and utilizes overall program knowledge to ensure proper planning and integration
Develop and present detailed requirements information which is readily understandable by and credible with Government and industry representatives.
Coordinate efforts of multi-functional personnel to ensure accuracy of cost estimates, program planning, budget requests and data requests.
Identify inhibitors and determine sources of problems to initiate corrective actions.

- Appointment is subject to the completion of a favorable suitability or fitness determination, where reciprocity cannot be applied; unfavorably adjudicated background checks will be grounds for removal.

Qualifications
To qualify for a Program Integration Specialist, your resume and supporting documentation must support:
A. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-14 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes
Planning, conducting, and/or directing highly complex studies and analyses to improve the total acquisition process.
Analytical ability and skill to review and approve plans and programs that are resource intensive to ensure priorities of effort are properly aligned.
Recommending policy/direction changes and assuring smooth implementation of guidance/direction originating from all levels.
Education
Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
