About the Position: This position locates at Andrews AFB, Maryland.
Duties
Directly assists the commander/director in the management of all administrative support program functions.
Assists in planning for and coordinating the implementation and compliance with higher echelon policy and procedural requirements in the area of administration.
Responsible for programs to include but not limited to task management, cyber security liaison (CL), Government Travel Card (GTC) program.
Track Defense Travel System (DTS) administrator, drug demand reduction program, health care program, fitness program, Government Purchase Card(GPC) program, safety program.
Check for Automated Data Processing Equipment(ADPE) accounts, security program, supply program, civilian time card program and unit recognition program.
Monitors military personnel action requests ,tracks personnel, manpower, and training transactions as documentation flows through the office and provides status reports to management.
Analyzes manpower documents for accuracy and ensures that products are distributed to customers.
Requisitions office supplies, printing support, and related materials and services.
Requirements
- This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Tier 1 security investigation or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required.
- This position has a mandatory seasonal influenza vaccination requirement and is therefore subject to annual seasonal influenza vaccinations.
- This position may require the incumbent to work after hours in addition to regular work hours, necessary to meet mission requirements.
- Works may occasionally require travel away from normal duty station on military or commercial aircraft.
- The employee will comply with locally directed Military Treatment Facility commander training consistent with Air force wide standards and directives applicable to Active Duty and contractor performing similar occupational series duties.
- Lifting up to 25 lbs.
