This position is located in the Office of Small Business (OSB). OSB is responsible for strategic sales and marketing of all EXIM Bank programs, products and services. This position will service as a Regional Director within our Reginal Sales Division.

Qualifications
Specialized Experience (Credit for Specialized Experience on resume must reflect 40 hours/Full-time per week for each period of work):
GS-12: You must have one (1) year of specialized experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-11 level in the Federal Government. Specialized experience includes:
Experience selling and/or promoting goods and/or
Experience meeting or exceeding target goals
Experience using a customer relationship management (CRM) database system to manage client interactions
Experience serving as principal or primary public speaker at seminars, trade shows or marketing events; AND
Experience and ability to plan for, execute and follow-up on events/tradeshows
GS-13: You must have one (1) year of specialized experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-12 level in the Federal Government. Specialized experience includes:
Experience selling and/or promoting goods and/or services;
Experience meeting or exceeding target goals;
Experience using a customer relationship management (CRM) database system to manage client interactions;
Experience serving as principal or primary public speaker at seminars, trade shows or marketing events; AND
Experience in leveraging relationships and partner networks, and traveling within a multi-state territory
Education cannot be substituted for experience at the GS-12 or GS-13 grade levels.
