About the Position: This position is with the 88th Readiness Division (RD), Directorate of Public Works (DPW), Facility Maintenance Team, located at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin. The 88th RD DPW is a regionally aligned organization focused on providing efficient and timely Facility Operations, Real Property Management, Engineering and Environmental support for all facilities and real property within the RD region in support of unit training, administration, and readiness operations.

Duties

Perform site surveys to gather data. Determine services, maintenance, and repairs required. Conduct technical inspections and evaluations of projects. Gather engineering data. Analyze construction project options. Develop and modify contract packages. Prepare cost effective estimates for construction projects. Serve as Contracting Officers Representative (COR) for all contracted projects. Prepare plans and scopes of work. Review work orders, drawings, and specifications.
