This position is located in the Housing Division of the Regional Training Institute located on Fort Cavazos in Killeen, TX. The incumbent is responsible for managing the housing at a major training area which includes such temporary quarters as barracks. Texas is one of 9 states with NO state income tax.

Qualifications

To qualify at the GS-09 grade level your resume must include relevant experience with beginning and ending dates of employment/experience reflecting the following: Specialized Experience Required At least 1-year equivalent to at least the next lower grade level (GS-08) with experience, education or training coordinating movement and accountability of equipment. AND Experience conducting audits and preparing reports. AND Experience which demonstrated the knowledge of basic principles, techniques, and methodology pertaining to the management planning, scheduling, coordinating and efficient use of Government-owned housing facilities. AND Experience developing and implementing a variety of directives and instructions concerning the full range of billeting activities for application by residents and lower-level housing personnel. OR A Master's or equivalent graduate degree or2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree orcLL.B. or J.D., if related
