This vacancy is for a Program Analyst (Infrastructure), GS-0343-13 located in the Department of Homeland Security, United States Coast Guard, Deputy Commandant for Operations (CG-DCO), Logistics Capabilities Division (CG-7413) located in Washington, DC.
Duties
As a Program Analyst in the Logistics Capabilities Division (CG-7413), the incumbent is the facilities subject matter expert (SME) for the office and is the primary requirements and project manager for all shore facilities and facility-related projects within the office.

Qualifications
Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work.GS-13- You qualify if you possess one year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal, State, or Local government or equivalent public or private sector experience. Applicant must meet 3 out of the 5 conditions below. Resume must demonstrate that you meet the specialized experience below:
Developing and conducting analysis of operational requirements to meet an organization's needs, OR
Modifying data and managing databases to improve techniques, OR
Developing and delivering detailed internal briefings to various audiences; OR
Assisting with budgeting and financial management issues and activities; OR
Leading asset management activities for shore facilities, which may include real estate portfolio management, construction project management, or other shore infrastructure related asset management activities.
