You will serve as a ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST in the ENTERPRISE ENGINEERING of NAVWARSYSCEN PACIFIC SAN DIEGO CA.

Duties

You will be responsible for providing the full spectrum of NIWIC Pacific funding guidance to include acquisition/non-acquisition direct, overhead funds, and Service Center funding. You will perform staff administrative and analytical and evaluative work related to program operations, management and organizational efficiency. You will provide knowledge and lead analysis of budget principles, regulations, practices, methods, and techniques in a Navy Working Capital fund environment. You will interpret and administer policy and procedures demonstrating a high level of administrative competence.

  • You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
  • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

NO-5: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience working with Navy Enterprise Resources Planning (Navy ERP), Working Capital fund (WCF), financial analysis and financial strategies, budget preparation and execution, financial reconciliation, and analyze financial management execution. NO-4: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience working with Navy Enterprise Resources Planning (Navy ERP), Working Capital fund (WCF), financial analysis, budget preparation and execution, and financial reconciliation.
