Qualifications

GENERAL EXPERIENCE:
Degree: behavioral or social science; or related disciplines appropriate to the position that included at least 24 semester hours of course work in the behavioral or social sciences.
OR
Combination of education and experience that provided the applicant with knowledge of one or more of the behavioral or social sciences equivalent to a major in the field that included at least 24 semester hours of course work in the behavioral or social sciences.
OR
Four years (instead of 36 months) of appropriate specialized experience that demonstrated that the applicant has acquired knowledge of one or more of the behavioral or social sciences equivalent to a major in the field. * specialized experience below.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:
Do you have least 1 year specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower GS-0101-11 grade level ? Must submit SF 50.
OR have at least 36 months experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position:
Knowledge of Primary Prevention efforts relating to workplace climates and cultures.
Knowledge of social-ecological systems theory.
Knowledge and experience in the organization, management, and administration of programs and services to participate in workplace climates and cultures program planning.
Skill in development and maintenance of public understanding and sound working relationships with State, local, and community agencies.
Skill in applying professional community organization abilities related to the formulation of needs assessments, development of workplace climates and cultures prevention programs, and the marketing of programs.
Knowledge of complex helping systems and professional organizations, how they positively or negatively affect individual and family welfare, and the multiple ways these systems and organizations operate to deliver services.
Excellent skills in oral and written communication to include report writing and maintaining proper records to document services provided.
Knowledge of and skill in planning, conducting and evaluating workplace climates and cultures training programs.
Knowledge of laws, regulations, executive orders, issues, etc., relating to the primary prevention of workplace harassment and the development of healthy workplace climates and cultures (i.e., bullying, hazing, reprisal and retaliation/ maintaining and fostering unit cohesion, morale, fairness, and connectedness).
Ability to plan and adequately support the needs of National Guard members by determining what the future needs of the Service Member are through the interpretation and analysis of studies, and trends.
Knowledge of policies and requirements for the development and analysis of the workplace harassment and violence prevention efforts in order to integrate effective prevention measures.
Knowledge of automated data systems to maintain information- Knowledge of analytical techniques to identify, analyze and/or recommend solutions to problems encountered and to develop Statistical data and narrative reports.
