About the position: This position will be assigned to the Food and Beverage Operations on Ellsworth AFB.. Must meet the appropriate minimum age required for working with and/or serving alcoholic beverages and have a valid state Driver's License. This is a flexible work schedule with no minimum guaranteed hours; however may work up to 40 hours.

Duties

Collects cash receipts, cash register tapes, checks, credit card receipts, coupons, and other supporting documentation. Prepares and issues change from funds as required. Prepares bank deposits and ensures daily deposit is delivered to Resource Management in a timely manner. Prepares cash reports and notifies supervisor of any suspected irregularities. Operates cash registers in the food and beverage operations. Performs general office duties suck as receiving visitors, answering telephones, preparing and filing correspondences and maintaining files. Must be able to operate a government vehicle.
