About the Position: The incumbent serves as the District's Project Manager (PM) and Project Management Team Leader, as well as the technical lead for assigned programs and projects. He/she is responsible for managing the efficient and effective coordination and accomplishment of the planning, scoping, development, design, construction, and direction for execution of assigned major Military Construction/Military Reimburseable/IIS programs and projects.
Duties
Apply extensive knowledge of effective management principles and practices in conjunction with policies, regulations, and procedures on the programming, planning, design, construction, and oversight of assigned projects.
Provide guidance, direction, and assistance in shaping, implementing and communicating with internal and external stakeholders. Lead teams to deliver projects.
Represent the District Commander, serving as the primary point of contact for projects assigned with stakeholders.
Coordinate the planning, design, cost engineering, construction and environmental consideration for engineering projects of considerable scope and complexity.
