Duties

Receives and resolves customer complaints; provides information and general instructions on the use of equipment, facilities and machinery. Works under general supervision of the Outdoor Recreation Manager or Recreation Specialist. Incumbent is responsible for group management. The safety of the participants must always be the number one priority. Teaches children as well as adults. Instructs groups and individuals in a variety of outdoor recreation programs, such as but not limited to Paintball, rafting, rock climbing, kayaking, hiking, etc. using a variety of teaching methods to effectively communicate to participants. Teaches children as well as adults. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
• Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
• Must be able to work during the hours of operations to include weekends and holidays.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment physical is required for this position.
• Subject to satisfactory completion of all required background checks of AR 215-3, must be successfully completed and maintained to include the initiation/completion of Child and Youth National Agency Check with Inquiries (CNACI).

Qualifications

Qualification Requirements are: Work experience which involved dealing with the general public. Highly Qualified candidates will have the following: Possess Paintball game and regulation experience Possess mechanical experience with Paintball/Speed ball specific equipment ***Applicants that meet the Highly Preferred criteria will be referred to management for consideration first.
