You will serve as a SUPPLY TECHNICIAN (OA) in the FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT/LOGISTICS DIVISION of TNG AIR WING SIX.
Duties
You will oversee all Wing Supply functions, including funds expenditures and property inventory.
You will act as the Approving Official and/or Certifying Officer for purchase card holders and the Government Travel Charge Card (APC).
You will use a thorough knowledge of supply regulations and policies to maintain specialized property accounts and records, complete transactions, provide customer assistance, screen reference files, conduct data searches and distribute output files.
You will conduct physical inventories for a broad range of items and adjust stock levels to reflect changing customer requirements and projected depletions.
You will prepare property survey requests, conduct extensive research on requested items (research mandatory sources, gather multiple bids per applicable laws and directives) and check for accuracy and validity.
You will review purchase card charges against monthly statement to verify and authorize payment for the Government Commercial Purchase Card in the US
Bank Management System.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver’s license.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to lift and/or carry loads/items up to 40 pounds in weight.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: utilizing knowledge of supply regulations and policies to conduct physical inventories or adjust stock levels for the accuracy, reliability, or acceptability of supply processes or services.
This position requires the ability to type at least 40 words per minute. Your response to the typing skill question on the Occupational Questionnaire will be used in your qualification determination.

Education
In lieu of general/specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Successful completion of one full year of graduate level education that is directly related to the position being filled;
