The primary purpose of this position is to monitor and schedule required training through Training Support System (TSS), both classroom and computer based, to include health, safety, and functional programs and input data into Production Acceptance Certification (PAC).
Duties
Monitors, schedules, and enters employee training through Training Support System (TSS), and tracks employee task certifications in Production Acceptance Certification to inform supervisor of manpower capability
Assists supervisors in the identification, development, and execution of task specific training for proficiency criteria required for Production Acceptance Certification (PAC).
To Develop, Construct and Conduct appropriate training courses and sessions designed to update, improve, or upgrade the knowledge and skills of all technicians.
Performs on the job (OTJ)/hands on technical training sufficient to troubleshoot, modify, repair, overhaul, install, and maintain, a variety of complex equipment.
Organize and maintain a Flight Training Program and operation manual that clearly defines procedures for determining training requirements.

Qualifications
In order to qualify, you must meet the quality level of experience requirements described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards Handbook X-118C.
QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants will be rated in accordance with the OPM Qualification Standard Handbook X-118C for the WG-5300 Industrial Equipment Maintenance Family. Although a specific length of time and experience is not required for most blue-collar positions, you must meet any screen-out element listed, and show through experience and training that you possess the quality level of knowledge and skill necessary to perform the duties of the position at the level for which you are applying. Qualification requirements emphasis is on the quality of experience, not necessarily the length of time.
