GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Explain manuals and work procedures Organize assignments for subordinates Prepare production records, work records, and reports Estimate material and manpower needed for specific jobs SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must have 36 months of the following specialized experience: Journeyman level knowledge Adapt existing equipment and techniques to new situations Knowledge of various lines of work performed by this function Plan, direct, and organize work assignments for lower grade personnel Review of work requirements and establish priorities to meet deadlines Communicate knowledge of general supervisory concepts and knowledge of shop processes
