This position is part of the Office of the Inspector General, Department of Energy in the Office of Inspector General - Office of Cyber Assessments and Data Analytics. As a Inspector, you will support inspection operations at various field sites under the CADA Project Lead, CADA Team Leader, CADA Director, the Deputy Assistant Inspector General for CADA, and the Assistant Inspector General for CADA.

- This position is a drug testing designated position and is subject to pre-employment and random drug testing.
- Must obtain and maintain a Q security clearance.
- Will be required to participate in the Direct Deposit Electronics Funds Transfer Program.
Qualifications
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level in the Federal service.
Specialized experience for the GS-13 Grade Level is defined as: one year of specialized experience at the GS-12 grade level of federal service or equivalent conducting complex inspections or evaluations of programs, management systems, and activities. Specialized experience must reflect all the following:
1) Review and evaluate the economy, efficiency, and effectiveness of the performance by conducting inspections or evaluations of programs, management systems, and activities;
2) Implement appropriate techniques in gathering, documenting, analyzing, and summarizing inspection or evaluation evidence that is sufficient and appropriate for the; and inspection or evaluation objective; and
3) Ensure established policies, procedures, and professional standards are effectively applied when conducting inspections or evaluations and determining compliance.
