You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER in the MARINE CORPS INSTALLATIONS COMMAND of MARCORPS NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION.
Duties
You will establish short- and long-range goals of the organization, develop detailed plans for implementing and overseeing the goals in subordinate organizations and determine if adjustments are needed.
You will determine the need for written policies and procedures, designate subordinates to develop policy and procedural documents, and review and approve them upon completion.
You will coordinate the work efforts of technical personnel in conducting conceptual business systems analyses involving difficult technology and complex human relations or programmatic issues.
You will capture, report and analyze statistical data relating to the organization's operations and direct or personally perform special studies or projects.
You will take action necessary to maintain or improve the quality and quantity of operation services that involve the refinement of automation, reorganization, reassignments, and development to increase the organization's resources.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final TOP SECRET SCI security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience advising and providing guidance on all engineering/planning program matters related to facilities related control systems and/or industrial controls systems for facilities and utilities. Developing and/or providing policy, strategy, resource requirements identification and advocacy, procedures, administrative, and legislative matters relating to facilities related control systems and/or industrial controls systems for facilities and utilities. Providing energy and facilities planning, and leading complex, highly sensitive, and significant projects.
