Duties
Serve as Lead Provisioner for a complex weapon system responsible for identifying, selecting, provisioning coding, determining initial requirements, and cataloging items to be procured or supported through the product life cycle.
Provide technical direction and guidance concerning the logistic support analysis of assigned weapon system(s).
Make decisions concerning provisioning, maintenance policy and procedures, which affect supply support and materiel readiness of Army weapon systems and equipment.
Attend provisioning conferences and meetings as a representative of the AMCOM LCMC concerning assigned weapon system to ensure the quality of data uploaded to the Provisioning database.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Must obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
- This position requires Level II certification in the Acquisition Career Field Life Cycle Logistics, or the incumbent must be to obtain certification within 24 months of appointment.
- TDY travel up to 25% of the time.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: working withn a supply and maintenance management activities and providing effects on total system support; providing technical data requirements related to provisioning and logistical support; and determining contracted logistic requirements for Maintenance, Publications, and Provisioning for equipment. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
