About the Position: Serve as staff analyst planning, developing, and monitoring the implementation of plans, policies, procedures, and guidance.

Duties

Prepare reports on continuous improvement studies and surveys. Recommend adjustments to policies, programs, projects, or studies to resolve problems or improve operations and efficiencies. Plan and assign work based on priorities, requirements of assignments and capabilities of employees. Develop project plans which includes identification of the work to be done, the scope of the project, and deadlines for its completion. Develop criteria for evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of the program.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required.
