About the Position: The incumbent serves as the Patient Representative to the Patient Advocate (PA) for Winn Army Community Hospital and as an advocate for all inpatients and outpatients. The Tuttle Army Health Clinic is located on Hunter Army Airfield in Savannah, GA.

Duties

Maintain the Interactive Customer Evaluation System (ICE), for the Commander, providing responses and closure of inquiries posted by patients or on behalf of patient. Provide input to Commander and other staff regarding trends, issues or provider/staff member problems. Gather information on Congressional Inquires, Inspector General and Dial-the Boss special inquiries. Assist in expediting appointments and providing escort during facility visits.
