You will serve as the Integrated Program Team Leader for the Integrated Program Team (PMA-226) in the Program Executive Office for Tactical Aircraft Programs of PEO FOR TACT A/C.
If selected, your salary will be set in accordance with the established control points for this position, which are $122,198 - $159,424.
Duties
You will analyze needs and synthesize requirements information necessary for development of specific objectives for assigned program initiatives and for planning.
You will direct the development of comprehensive program plans to ensure fulfillment of technical, cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
You will serve as the central contact point within the program office for all matters concerning the program and establish relationships both within the organization and with relevant external groups.
You will evaluate all acquisition activities associated with assigned programs and assure development of a management information system that provides accurate information concerning the status and progress of assigned programs.
You will exercise delegated managerial authority to direct, coordinate, and oversee work of team members and implement goals and objectives of the program segment assigned to subordinates.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- MSP/PPP applicants must currently hold the required security clearance.
- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
- This position is a designated Critical Acquisition Position (CAP). You must sign a three-year tenure agreement prior to assuming the position unless a tenure waiver is approved.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12/13) grade level or pay band (NH-03) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
