You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST for the National Security Integration Office.
Duties
You will identify and analyze programmatic gaps and advise on program office organizational structure; existing and required operational support to rapidly deliver relevant and effective solutions.
You will prepare decision memoranda, executive level briefs, white papers, and financial performance reviews and forecasts.
You will plan and develop new methods and procedures to meet tasking.
You will identify areas for internal and external process improvement and evaluate existing plans and programs.
You will lead working groups taking into account the missions, mindset, and priorities, of the participants and balancing this against Directorate and DON requirements.
You will establish options, develop decision criteria, and communicate solution development priorities and associated support requirements to deliver a final capability that meets end-user needs.
You will assist leadership in preparation for key meetings and presentations, prepare briefs and presentations, and solicit input from staff personnel for read-ahead background information and point papers.
Requirements

- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- Possess and maintain a TOP SECRET/SCI security clearance/access prior to entrance on duty. Failure to maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position is subject to random Counterintelligence polygraph.
- Must achieve and maintain all organizational required certifications.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Monitoring progress and evaluating outcomes to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness; Identifying and analyzing problems, weighing relevance and accuracy of information, and seeking/generating and evaluating alternative perspectives/solutions; Developing and presenting findings, reports and making recommendations on briefs and executive correspondence; Capitalizing on opportunities and managing risks and contingencies, recognizing the implications for the organization and stakeholders; AND Applying organization (DoD and DON) policies, regulations, principles, standards, and procedures to management and senior level leaders.
