Duties

Designs, develops, coordinates, and implements the secondary prevention component of FAP. Responsible for case management activities occurring from initial referral and counseling, through case closure, or transfer. Provides professional advisory services and training to other health care professionals, installation personnel, and community agencies concerning secondary prevention programs; and serves as community liaison with military and civilian agencies.
