Specialized Experience: Must have 24 months of specialized experience in the following area(s): Financial budget experiences and competencies that provided knowledge of financial National Guard principles and procedures Understanding of the basic principles and concepts of the National Guard financial budget business program requirements Experiences and training that demonstrate the competencies to follow directions, to read, retain, and understand a variety of instructions, regulations, policies and procedures

Education

As a condition of employment, the Title 5 Excepted Service Series GS-0560 Budget Analysis employee IS NOT RETAINED in the Budget Analysis position if he or she fails to complete the position's higher financial management certification within two years (24 months) of his or her initial hire appointment date, reassignment, or merit promotion appointment date.
